อนาคตภาพการพัฒนาบึงสีไฟในอีก 10 ปีข้างหน้า

Abstract

การวิจัยคุณภาพเรื่อง อนาคตภาพการพัฒนาบึงสีไฟในอีก 10 ปีข้างหน้า มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาอนาคตภาพการพัฒนาบึงสีไฟในอีก 10 ปีข้างหน้า 2. เพื่อวิเคราะห์อนาคตภาพของการพัฒนาบึงสีไฟในอีก 10 ปีข้างหน้า ตามเป้าหมายของการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals-SDGs) และ 3. เพื่อเสนอทางเลือกแนวทางในการพัฒนาบึงสีไฟอย่างยั่งยืน ผู้วิจัยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยอนาคตแบบชาติพันธุ์วรรณนา (Ethnographic Futures Research) โดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากชุมชนที่ตั้งอยู่โดยรอบพื้นที่บึงสีไฟ จานวน 12 ราย เกี่ยวกับทางเลือกอนาคตภาพ (Alternative) 3 ภาพ คือ อนาคตภาพทางดี (Optimistic-Realistic Scenario) อนาคตภาพทางร้าย (Pessimistic-Realistic Scenario) และอนาคตภาพที่น่าจะเป็นไปได้มากที่สุด (Most-Probable Scenario) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อนาคตภาพการพัฒนาบึงสีไฟในอีก 10 ปีข้างหน้า มีอนาคตภาพที่น่าจะเป็นไปได้มากที่สุดสอดคล้องกับอนาคตภาพทางร้าย และเมื่อนามาวิเคราะห์กับเป้าหมายของการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (Sustainable Development Goals-SDGs) พบว่ามีแนวโน้มที่จะเป็นไปในทิศทางที่ไม่ยั่งยืน สาเหตุมาจากการใช้ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติจนเกินขีดจากัด ผู้วิจัยจึงได้เสนอทางเลือกแนวทางในการพัฒนาคือ การสร้างเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนด้วยการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรในฐานะเป็นความริเริ่มใหม่เพื่อการพัฒนาบึงสีไฟอย่างยั่งยืน

The objectives of this qualitative research were, to investigate and analyze development Scenarios of Buengsrifai in the next 10 years, with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and to propose alternative ways for Buengsrifai to develop sustainably. The researcher uses an Ethnographic Futures Research method with in-depth interviews of 12 participants in communities located around Buengsrifai area. 3 alternative Scenarios that could occur in future are, Optimistic Realistic Scenario, Pessimistic Realistic Scenario and Most Probable Scenario. The study found that the development Scenarios of Buengsrifai in the next 10 years are Most Probable Scenario together with Pessimistic Realistic Scenario, and when analyzed with Sustainable Development Goals, it was found that there is a tendency to be in an unsustainable Scenario, because of over using natural resources to the limit. The researcher proposes that the alternative be Circular Economy through Agritourism as an initiative for Buengsrifai sustainable development.
