Abstract
The purpose of this study was to review an effective synchronous online model for health science education. Studies published between 2010-2021 were identified from English electronic databases of PubMed, ScienceDirect, EBSCO, ERIC and Scopus. The results of 8 qualified studies showed 6 components of an effective synchronous online model, including 1) teachers had knowledge and skills in using technology and troubleshooting connections to the internet, as well as sharing topiccontents within a short teaching time
2) students were responsible for reading the contents in advance, arriving on time, concentrating on the study, checking the stability of internet signal equipment to be ready for use, and providing feedback after class,3) Learning activities should consist of both individual and group work among students to allow learners to communicate, work, summarize those activities, and reflect on what they got, 4) The evaluation was conducted by using online quizzes and open-ended questions to improve engagement and evaluate students with immediate results by using an online survey for satisfaction assessment. 5) The internet of strong speed and stablesignal, and 6) The platform was chosen to enable audio and video recording and allowdocument attachment. Regarding the implications of this study, it was recommended that the university develop training manuals for online instruction given to teachers and students prior to real practice, with the support of proper devices and internet connectivity.
วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาในครั้งนี้ เพื่อทบทวนวรรณกรรมเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์แบบซิงโครนัสที่มีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับการศึกษาวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ การศึกษานี้ดำเนินการโดยสืบค้นงานวิจัยที่ตีพิมพ์ ตั้งแต่ปี 2553 ถึง 2564 จากฐานข้อมูลอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ภาษาอังกฤษของ PubMed, ScienceDirect, EBSCO, ERIC และ Scopus ผลการทบทวนบทความงานวิจัยที่ผ่านเกณฑ์ทั้งสิ้น 8 บทความ พบว่า รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอนออนไลน์แบบซิงโครนัสที่มีประสิทธิภาพมี 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ครู มีความรู้และทักษะในการใช้เทคโนโลยี และแก้ไขปัญหาการเชื่อมต่อกับอินเทอร์เน็ต มีการแบ่งหัวข้อเนื้อหา ภายในเวลาสอนอันสั้น 2) นักศึกษา มีความรับผิดชอบ มีการอ่านเนื้อหามาล่วงหน้า เข้าเรียนตรงเวลา ตั้งใจเรียน ตรวจสอบสภาพอุปกรณ์ สัญญาณอินเทอร์เน็ตให้พร้อมใช้งาน และให้ข้อเสนอแนะหลังการเรียน 3) กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ควรประกอบด้วยงานเดี่ยวและงานกลุ่ม ให้ผู้เรียนสื่อสาร ลงมือทำงานร่วมกัน สรุปกิจกรรม และสะท้อนค
