การศึกษาการกระทำผิดทางเพศของผู้กระทำผิดในศูนย์ฝึกและอบรมเด็กและเยาวชนเขต 4 จังหวัดขอนแก่น : ศึกษาในรูปแบบทฤษฎีเชิงบูรณาการ

Abstract

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ที่มีผลต่อการกระทำผิดทางเพศของเด็กและเยาวชนชายในศูนย์ฝึกและอบรมเด็กและเยาวชน เขต 4 จังหวัดขอนแก่น และเพื่อเสนอแนะหาแนวทางในการป้องกันและแก้ไขการกระทำผิดทางเพศของเด็กและเยาวชนชายบนพื้นฐานของปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ที่มีผลต่อการกระทำผิด การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ได้ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Methods Research) โดยใช้รูปแบบของการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพควบคู่กัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ใน การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ เด็กและเยาวชนชายที่กระทำความผิดในคดีเกี่ยวกับเพศที่ถูกศาลพิพากษาตัดสินลงโทษให้เข้ามาอยู่ในความรับผิดชอบของศูนย์ฝึกและอบรมเด็กและเยาวชน เขต 4 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 20 ราย โดยวิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง วิธีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการในการวิจัย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน และการวิเคราะห์การจำแนกพหุ มาทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ส่วนการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากกลุ่มประชากรเป้าหมาย โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีอายุขณะกระทำผิด 14-15 ปี ปัจจุบันมีอายุ 17-18 ปี จบการศึกษาในระดับชั้นประถมศึกษา นับถือศาสนาพุทธ มีรายได้โดยเฉลี่ยต่อเดือนก่อนการกระทำผิดครั้งสุดท้ายอยู่ที่ 900 บาท มีบิดาและมารดาอาศัยอยู่ด้วยกันและก่อนการกระทำผิดครั้งสุดท้ายไม่เคยกระทำผิดคดีอื่นมาก่อน นอกจากนี้ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีต่อการกระทำผิดทางเพศของผู้กระทำผิดในศูนย์ฝึกและอบรมเด็กและเยาวชน เขต 4 จังหวัดขอนแก่น ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านระดับการศึกษา (Sig. = 0.000) ปัจจัยทางด้านการสนับสนุนจากกลุ่มเพื่อนผู้ชาย (Sig. = 0.005) ปัจจัยทางด้านความเข้าใจความรู้สึกของผู้อื่น (Sig. = 0.018) ปัจจัยทางด้านการควบคุมตนเอง (Sig. = 0.035) และปัจจัยทางด้านกระบวนการคิดที่บิดเบือน (Sig. = 0.038) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัยในครั้งนี้คือสถาบันครอบครัวถือเป็นสถาบันหลักแห่งแรกที่มีความสำคัญในการพัฒนาเด็กและเยาวชน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นทั้งทางร่างกาย จิตใจและสติปัญญา ดังนั้นบิดามารดาหรือผู้ปกครองควรให้ความสำคัญกับการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีภายในครอบครัว เนื่องจากบิดามารดาหรือผู้ปกครองมีส่วนสำคัญในการเป็นผู้ดูแลพฤติกรรมของเด็กและเยาวชนจึงต้องมีการดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิด ให้การขัดเกลาและชี้ให้เด็กและเยาวชนเห็นว่าสิ่งใดเป็นการกระทำที่ดีและไม่ดี เพราะหากสถาบันครอบครัวมีการทำหน้าที่อย่างสมบูรณ์ดีแล้ว จะช่วยให้เด็กและเยาวชนมีพฤติกรรมและบุคลิกภาพที่เหมาะสม รวมทั้งสามารถที่จะแก้ไขปัญหาต่าง ๆ ได้

The purposes of this quantitative & qualitative research were to investigate the factors affecting juvenile offending against sexual assault and to recommend the ways to prevent and solve the juvenile offending against sexual assault. Purposive sampling method was used in selecting the 20 juveniles offending against sexual assault who were sentenced by the court to be under the supervision of Juvenile Vocational Training Centre 4 in Khon Kaen Province. A questionnaire was used as a research tool for collecting quantitative data. The statistics, including percentage, mean, standard deviation, analysis of variance, and multiple classification analysis were employed to analyze the data and to test the hypotheses. For the qualitative data collection, in-depth interviews were conducted with the targeted populations and the questions were based on the interview form. The results revealed that most of the samples were Buddhists who committed sexual assault when they were 14-15 years old. Their parents lived together. At present, they are already 17-18 years old and finished primary school. Their average monthly income before the last offence was 900 baht. In addition, before the last offence, they had never committed any crimes. Moreover, the hypothesis test indicated that the factors related to juvenile offending against sexual assault in Juvenile Vocational Training Centre 4 in Khon Kaen Province were educational level (Sig. = 0.000), male peer support (Sig. = 0.005), empathy (Sig. = 0.018), self-control (Sig. = 0.035), and cognitive distortion (Sig. = 0.038) with a statistical significance at 0.05 level. It is therefore recommended that the family institution is the first and most important institution for the physical, mental, and intellectual development of children and youth. Parents or guardians should focus on building good relationships within the family. They should play an important role in caring for their children's behavior, therefore, they need to closely monitor their children in order to teach and admonish to them what is the appropriate and acceptable behavior. If the family institution is functioning properly, children and youth will demonstrate proper behavior and personality, thus other problems could also be resolved.
