Abstract
This thesis is implicated with the stability problem of a four-story building. It is one of important issues for building safety. The Lyapunov stability theory is applied to a four-story building, which is dynamical system denoted by mass-spring-damper model. The main objective is to analyze control effort to stabilize the mass-springdamper model of the four-story building by using the Fundamental Equations of Constrained Motion and Lyapunov theory. In the initial stage, mass-spring-damper models are oscillated freely without any conditions. Then, we want to stabilize the models using Lyapunov theory by adding additional control forces to control motions of the four-story building. This thesis shows the effectiveness of an application of Lyapunov stability theory with the Fundamental Equations of Constrained Motion to the four-story building.
งานวิจัยนี้เกี่ยวข้องกับปัญหาเสถียรภาพของอาคาร 4 ชั้นซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในประเด็นสำคัญสำหรับความปลอดภัยของอาคารทฤษฎีเสถียรภาพของเลียปูนอฟถูกนำมาใช้กับอาคาร 4 ชั้น โดยที่ตัวอาคารซึ่งเป็นระบบพลวัตที่แสดงโดยโมเดล แมส-สปริง-แดมเปอร์ วัตถุประสงค์หลักในการศึกษาในงานวิจัยนี้คือการวิเคราะห์ความพยายามในการควบคุมเพื่อสร้างเสถียรภาพของโมเดลแมส-สปริง-แดมเปอร์ ของอาคาร 4 ชั้น โดยใช้สมการการเคลื่อนที่แบบมีเงื่อนไขและทฤษฎีบทของเลียปูนอฟ ในช่วงแรก โมเดล แมส-สปริง-แดมเปอร์ จะเคลื่อนที่อย่างอิสระโดยไม่มีเงื่อนไขใด ๆ หลังจากนั้นเราต้องการให้แบบจำลองอาคาร 4 ชั้น มีเสถียรภาพโดยใช้ทฤษฎีเลียปูนอฟ โดยทำการเพิ่มแรงควบคุมเพิ่มเติมให้แก่แบบจำลองเพื่อควบคุมการเคลื่อนที่ของอาคาร 4 ชั้นบทความนี้แสดงประสิทธิภาพของการประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีเสถียรภาพของเลียปูนอสร่วมกับสมการการเคลื่อนที่แบบมีเงื่อนไขกับอาคาร 4 ชั้น
