Translation with cross-cultural adaptation was following Guidelines for the Process of Cross- Cultural Adaptation of Self-Report Measures. Content validation was determined by Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC). For rectify appropriately question in Thai people, the index was administered to 30 users, who were people with physical disabilities, used manual wheelchair more than 1 year, and age over 18 years old. Revise index to final version and evaluate test-retest reliability and internal consistency were conducted. Construct validity was measured by assessing the correlation of the WUSPI-Thai with the DASH-TH. The final version of WUSPI-Thai was administered to 60 people with physical disabilities (spinal cord injury), used manual wheelchair more than 1 year, and age over 18 years old. Results showed that IOC of each item ranged from 0.67 to 1.0. The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.89 and test-retest reliability was high (ICC = 0.88 to 0.98). WUSPI-Thai had moderate correlation with DASH-TH (r=0.49). In conclusion, WUSPI-Thai has high reliability and content validity for measure shoulder pain on wheelchair users.
