Mahidol University Library and Knowledge Center, 2023) Sarit Suebpongsiri; Sunee Kanyajit; Jutharat Ua-amnoey; Tunyatorn Insorn; Sriparinya Toopgrajankผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างเห็นด้วยต่อรูปแบบที่เครือข่ายยุติธรรมชุมชนกับตำรวจจัดระดมพลและ วิธีการที่เครือข่ายยุติธรรมชุมชนให้ข้อมูลข้อเท็จจริงเพื่อเสริมพลังเหยื่ออาชญากรรมเป็นอันดับแรก ส่วนปัญหา อุปสรรคและข้อเสนอแนะ พบว่า ยังไม่เคยมีการทำงานร่วมกันมาก่อนในการเยียวยาและเสริมพลังเหยื่ออาชญากรรมพื้นฐาน ในชุมชน ดังนั้นในแต่ละชุมชนจึงควรจัดให้มีการฝึกอบรม สัมมนาร่วมกัน โดยควรมีรูปแบบและวิธีการมีส่วนร่วมที่ เหมาะสม ดังนี้ ในระยะเบื้องต้น ควรจัดตั้งเป็นคณะกรรมการร่วมเครือข่ายยุติธรรมชุมชน ซึ่งเป็นการประสานร่วมมือกัน ระหว่าง องค์การปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น กับ เครือข่ายยุติธรรมชุมชนและเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจในพื้นที่ ทำการระดมพลหาแนวร่วม มาจัดทำกิจกรรมในการเสริมพลังเหยื่ออาชญากรรมพื้นฐาน โดยใช้วิธีการให้ข้อมูลข่าวสารและข้อมูลข้อเท็จจริงแก่คน ในชุมชน ส่วนขั้นตอนต่อไปใช้การเป็นหุ้นส่วนกับกลุ่มคนและองค์กรต่างๆในพื้นที่ โดยเข้าไปมีส่วนร่วมทำงานกับ ตำรวจในการอำนวยความสะดวกเพื่อเยียวยาและเสริมพลังเหยื่ออาชญากรรมพื้นฐานของชุมชน ส่วนในระยะยาว หาก สามารถดำเนินงานจนรู้สึกว่าเป็นหนึ่งเดียวกับพื้นที่แล้ว ก็จะพัฒนาไปสู่การเป็นหน่วยกลาง ในการหาวิธีการร่วมกับ ตำรวจเพื่อเสริมพลังเหยื่ออาชญากรรมพื้นฐาน ส่วนในอนาคต ก็จะพัฒนาไปเป็นหน่วยกลางในการตรวจสอบประเมิน การช่วยเหลือเหยื่ออาชญากรรมของชุมชน รวมทั้งเป็นผู้ตัดสินใจในการช่วยเหลือเหยื่ออาชญากรรมพื้นฐานของชุมชน ได้เอง โดยมีเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจเป็นผู้ช่วยเหลือสนับสนุน ส่วนข้อเสนอแนะ เห็นควรจัดให้มีโครงการทดลองนำร่องโดย ภาครัฐเป็นผู้ที่เสนอแนวคิดในเรื่องการเสริมพลังเหยื่ออาชญากรรมออกไป แล้วให้เครือข่ายยุติธรรมหรือชุมชนไปคิด หารูปแบบและวิธีการส่วนร่วมระหว่างเครือข่ายยุติธรรมกับตำรวจในการเสริมพลังเหยื่ออาชญากรรมพื้นฐานในพื้นที่เอง เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาอุปสรรคและนำมาเป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติในพื้นที่ต่างๆ ต่อไปPublication Open Access Knowledge and perception of pneumonai Disease among Mothers of Children under Five years attending Nakhon pathom General Hospital, Thailand(2007) Eddy Siswanto; S.U.Bhuiyan; Jiraporn Chompikul; Mahidol University.
