    การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ตรวจสอบการตอบสนองต่อการสอบโดยการวัดระดับฮอร์โมนคอร์ติซอลในเด็กวัยรุ่นไทย และ วิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างต่อการตอบสนองต่อความเครียดระหว่างกลุ่มนักเรียนที่เล่นดนตรีและกลุ่ม ควบคุม โดยสังเกตผลกระทบต่อการเรียนรู้และความจำ ผู้เข้าร่วมการทดลองเป็นนักเรียนที่เล่น ดนตรี จำนวน 30 คนและนักเรียนที่ไม่เล่นดนตรีหรือกลุ่มควบคุม จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งมีช่วงอายุ ระหว่าง 15-17 ปี การศึกษานี้ทดลองในช่วงที่มีสภาวะตึงเครียดจากการสอบวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ โดย การเก็บตัวอย่างน้ำลายจากนักเรียนทุกคนในช่วงเวลาปกติ ก่อนสอบและหลังสอบ พร้อมกับกรอก ข้อมูลในแบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปและแบบประเมินความเครียดด้วยตนเอง
