Dietary approaches to the prevention of vitamin A deficiency.
Attempts to determine whether the solutions to the problems of vitamin A deficiency should focus on increasing dietary intake of provitamin A present in vegetables which are already available locally or which can be introduced into rural northern and northeast Thailand. Confirms the effectiveness of this solution.-from Authors
