dc.description.abstractAs nowadays technology has rapidly advanced and consumer behavior has shifted, internet has increasingly played roles in human daily life. This makes data collection via web survey a significant tool in the future. Survey design technique is one of the strategies used to increase the response rate. This article has reviewed literatures related to screen design, progress indicator, image display, response format and logo type that influence the response via web survey. The article is divided into three parts: introduction, the results of research works related to web survey design and concluding remark.en_US
