ความมั่นคงในชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุหลังเกษียณอายุการทำงาน ในจังหวัดแพร่

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจแบบภาคตัดขวาง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความมั่นคงในชี วิตและปัจจัยที่สามารถคาดทำนายความมั่นคง ในชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุภายหลังเกษียณอายุการทำงานในจังหวัดแพร่ จำนวน 258 คน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิเก็บข้อมูลโดยแบบสอบถามในช่วงวันที่ 25 มกราคม – 28 กุมภาพันธ์ 2558 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุหลังเกษียณอายุการทำงานมีความมั่นคงในชีวิตอยู่ในระดับมากร้อยละ 51.2 ปานกลาง ร้อยละ 47.2 และต่ำร้อยละ 1.6 โดยพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุมีความมั่นคงระดับสูงในด้านที่อยู่อาศัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม ร้อยละ 63.5 ด้านสุขภาพ ร้อยละ 57.3 ด้านสังคม ร้อยละ 47.7 และด้านเศรษฐกิจ ร้อยละ 35.7 ซึ่งการเตรียมตัวก่อนการเกษียณและแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม สามารถร่วมคาดทำนายความมั่นคงในชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุหลังเกษียณอายุการทำงานได้ร้อยละ 45.7 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) ผลจากการศึกษานี้สามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการวางแผนแก้ไขปัญหาความมั่นคงในชีวิต โดยเพิ่มเรื่องแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคมและการเตรียมตัวก่อนเกษียณ เพื่อทำให้ผู้สูงอายุมีการปรับตัวและมีการดำเนินชีวิตภายหลังวัยเกษียณได้อย่างเหมาะสมต่อไป This study was a cross sectional survey research aimed to determine the situation of life stability and factors predicting life stability among the elderly after retirement in Phrae province. Two hundred and fi fty-eight elderly were selected by stratifi ed sampling technique. Data were collected by self administered questionnaire from 25th January to 28th February, 2015. Descriptive statistics and Multiple Regression Analysis were used for data analysis. The results found 51.2% of the elderly had a high level of life stability, 47.2% were at moderate level, and 0.6% were at low level. The elderly had a high level of life stability in residence and environmental stability (63.5%), stability in physical health (57.3), social stability (47.7%), and economic stability (35.7%) respectively. Factors predicting life stability among the elderly after retirement (p<0.05) were life preparing for retirement and social support. These two factors could predict 47.5% of life stability. The fi ndings from this study can be used as a guide for life stability planning by enhancing social support and emphasizing people to prepare for retirement. These could make the elderly properly adapt themselves and have good life stability
