การพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษาให้มีทักษะ Mahidol HIDEF และทักษะการเรียนรู้ ในศตวรรษที่ 21 เพื่อสนับสนุนการมุ่งสู่มหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำของโลก

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการดำเนินงาน ปัจจัยเกื้อหนุน และแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลให้มีทักษะ Mahidol HIDEF และทักษะการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีชั้นปีสุดท้าย ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 367 คน บุคลากรด้านกิจการนักศึกษา จำนวน 23 คน นายจ้างผู้ใช้บัณฑิตที่จบในปีการศึกษา 2562-2563 จำนวน 44 คน ผู้บริหารด้านกิจการนักศึกษาและบุคลากรกองกิจการนักศึกษาที่รับผิดชอบจัดกิจกรรม Mahidol HIDEF จำนวน 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ด้านปัญหาการดำเนินงาน นักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมออนไลน์มีความรู้ด้านเทคโนโลยีแตกต่างกัน ขาดสมาธิ และไม่ได้เรียนรู้จากการปฏิบัติจริง มหาวิทยาลัยยังไม่มีแบบประเมินทักษะที่แท้จริงของนักศึกษา และบุคลากรผู้จัดกิจกรรมมีจำนวนจำกัด 2. ด้านปัจจัยเกื้อหนุน บุคลากรมีความเข้าใจนโยบายการพัฒนานักศึกษา มีกิจกรรมและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ และ 3. ด้านแนวทางการพัฒนา ควรส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ทักษะจากการปฏิบัติ ลดเวลาเรียนในชั้น เพิ่มเวลาในกิจกรรม บูรณาการกิจกรรมกับหลักสูตร พัฒนาทักษะให้ตรงกับความต้องการของนายจ้าง ส่งเสริมบุคลากรให้เข้าใจลักษณะนักศึกษา และปรับการดำเนินงานให้ยึดผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง กล่าวโดยสรุป ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางพัฒนากิจกรรมและระบบเสริมสร้างทักษะ Mahidol HIDEF และทักษะการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักศึกษาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล

This research aimed to study operational problems, supporting factors, and guidelines for enhancing Mahidol University students’ potential in developing Mahidol HIDEF skills and 21st-century learning skills. The sample consisted of 367 undergraduate students in their final year of the 2021 academic year, 23 student affairs personnel, 44 employers of graduates from the 2019–2020 academic years, and 15 administrators and staff from the Division of Student Affairs responsible for organizing Mahidol HIDEF activities. The research instruments included questionnaires and interview forms. Data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The findings revealed that: 1) Operational Problems: Students participating in online activities demonstrated varying levels of technological literacy, lacked concentration, and had limited opportunities for hands-on learning. The university lacked an authentic student skills assessment tool, and the number of staff responsible for activity organization was insufficient; 2) Supporting Factors: Staff members had a clear understanding of student development policies, and there were adequate activities and facilities that supported student learning; and 3) Guidelines for Development: It is recommended to promote experiential learning, reduce classroom hours while increasing activity-based learning time, integrate activities into the curriculum, develop skills aligned with employer needs, enhance staff understanding of student characteristics, and implement a more learner-centered approach. Overall, the research results can serve as a framework for improving activities and systems that strengthen Mahidol HIDEF skills and 21st-century learning skills among Mahidol University students efficiently and effectively.
