Abstract
© 2016 World Scientific Publishing Company. Vinamilk (VNM), short for "Vietnam Dairy Products Joint- Stock Company", is Vietnam's largest dairy company, and the country's largest listed company in terms of market value. In 2010, it was the first company in Vietnam to be included in the Forbes Asia's 200 "Best Under-A-Billion", a list highlighting 200 top-performing small- and mid-sized companies with annual revenue under US$1 billion in Asia.
