dc.description.abstractBetween 1959 and 1971, peripheral blood examination for malarial parasites was carried out on 39,560 out patients. 3,586 cases (9.06 %) were found to have single infection, and 10 cases (0.02 %) mixed infection. The ratio between the incidences of P. vivax, P. falciparum and P. malariae was 2.2:1.4:0.01.en_US
