Trauma is a universal experience, yet its manifestation and recovery processes vary significantly across regions due to cultural, social, and economic factors. This exploration highlights the diverse ways trauma is experienced globally, emphasizing regional differences in coping strategies, support systems, and recovery processes. From individual to community responses, the role of societal norms, cultural attitudes, and available resources shape the healing journey. By understanding regional variations, practitioners can better support trauma survivors, tailoring interventions to be culturally competent and contextually relevant for effective recovery.
