Abstract
Full-endoscopic transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (FE-TLIF) is a newly developed, minimally invasive surgical technique that presents distinct advantages over traditional microscopic or microendoscopic approaches. Emerging clinical data suggest that FE-TLIF is continually advancing, driven by improvements in technology, refined surgical methods, and the integration of personalized implants. These developments are positioning FE-TLIF as a highly effective option for lumbar spine surgery, offering benefits such as shortened recovery periods, reduced tissue trauma, and favorable long-term outcomes.
