Abstract
Chatbots are considered one of the most powerful tools in many industries, and they have recently been utilized as a quick strategy to answer routine questions posed by consumers. Instead of waiting for a live human response, chatbots can be useful in persuading consumers. The questions from customers in the motorcycle market were mostly collected and analyzed in this independent study. The study aims to develop a prototype of a customer service chatbot that can support frequently asked questions in the motorcycle market. Line tools will be used to develop the chatbot due to the widespread usage of Line messages in Thailand. Users' satisfaction surveys will be conducted to evaluate the results of the customer service chatbot. The satisfaction survey data presented in the study shows that the chatbot's services were highly satisfying to individuals of all age groups for answering their questions. The mean satisfaction scores for all age groups were high, indicating that users had a positive experience with the chatbot's services. This suggests that chatbots may be preferred over human customer service representatives for answering routine questions. Overall, the data indicates that the customer service chatbot has been effective in providing satisfactory service to customers. Implication of Thematic Paper: The study suggests that developing a customer service chatbot using Line tools can be effective for businesses in the motorcycle market, to provide satisfactory service to their customers.
ปัจจุบันแชทบอทเป็นหนึ่งในเครื่องมือที่มีอิทธิพลมากที่สุดในหลายอุตสาหกรรมการศึกษานี้ได้เก็บรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์คำถามจากลูกค้าที่พบบ่อยในตลาดรถจักรยานยนต์ สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการออกแบบและพัฒนาต้นแบบแชทบอทการให้บริการลูกค้ากลุ่มตลาดรถจักรยานยนต์ผ่านโปรแกรมไลน์ให้บริการคำถามที่พบบ่อยในศูนย์จำหน่ายรถจักรยานยนต์เพื่อความรวดเร็วในการโต้ตอบจากมนุษย์เพียงอย่างเดียว การพัฒนาแชทบอทจะใช้เครื่องมือเป็นทางการของไลน์ หลังจากเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และพัฒนาต้นแบบเรียบร้อยแล้วจึงมีการสำรวจความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ต่อการใช้งานข้อมูลการสำรวจความพึงพอใจ โดยผู้ใช้บริการในกลุ่มอายุทุกช่วงมีความพึงพอใจมากกับการใช้บริการของแชทบอทในการตอบคำถาม โดยคะแนนความพึงพอใจเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับสูงในกลุ่มช่วงอายุ ซึ่งแสดงว่าผู้ใช้ทุกวัยมีประสบการณ์ที่ดีกับการใช้บริการของแชทบอทเพื่อการบริการ โดยภาพรวมแล้วข้อมูลนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าแชทบอทบริการลูกค้าได้เป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ในการให้บริการที่น่าพอใจแก่กลุ่มลูกค้าได้ การนำผลของสารนิพนธ์ไปใช้: การศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่าการพัฒนาแชทบอทเพื่อการบริการลูกค้าสำหรับศูนย์จำหน่ายรถจักรยานยนต์โดยใช้เครื่องมือของไลน์ ถือเป็นวิธีหนึ่งที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการสร้างความพึงพอใจและยังสามารถสนับสนุนกลุ่มลูกค้าตลาดรถจักรยานยนต์ให้ได้รับการตอบกลับที่รวดเร็วขึ้นในคำถามที่พบบ่อยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
