Abstract
Crude proteins obtained by Mg/NP-40 extraction from Thai medicinal plants of the Curcuma species exhibited agglutination activity against rabbit erythrocytes. A crude extract from Salingalinthong, a Thai Curcuma specie, exhibited the strongest hemagglutinating activity, 2 × 10- 5 mg/ml. © 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
