Abstract
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาผลการเรียนรู้จากการูปแบบการสอนภาคปฏิบัติการทำคลอดปกติตามแนวคิดของ ดี เชคโค
รูปแบบการวิจัย: วิธีการวิจัย เป็นแบบ Classroom Action Research
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: ประชากร คือ นักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิตชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 269 คน ที่ผ่านการเรียนวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลมารดา-ทารกและการผดุงครรภ์ 1 และวิชาการพยาบาลมารดา-ทารกและการผดุงครรภ์ 2 แล้ว และกำลังเรียนวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลมารดา-ทารกและการผดุงครรภ์ 2 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลขณะสอนทำคลอดในห้องฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาล และหน่วยห้องคลอดในโรงพยาบาลที่ทำการศึกษา
ผลการวิจัย: นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจต่อวิธีการสอนที่อาจารย์นำมาใช้โดยภาพรวมในระดับมากที่สุดทั้งภาคการศึกษาต้นและภาคการศึกษาปลาย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 79.44 และ 77.48 ตามลำดับ ความพึงพอใจต่อความสามารถของอาจารย์ผู้สอนโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด ทั้งภาคการศึกษาต้น และภาคการศึกษาปลาย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 79.44 และ 76.58 ตามลำดับ ในส่วนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง พบวา่ สอบผ่านเกณฑ์ของการสอบทำคลอด
ที่ฝึกในห้องฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาล และการทำคลอดที่ฝึกในห้องคลอด เท่ากับร้อยละ 100.0 และ 99.63 ตามลำดับ
สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ: ก่อนให้นักศึกษาฝึกทำคลอดในผู้คลอดจริง อาจารย์ควรมีการสอนให้ฝึกทักษะย่อยในห้องฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาล แล้วจึงประเมินผลการฝึกทำคลอดของนักศึกษาก่อนการฝึกในสถานการณ์จริง

Methods: Sample consisted of 269 4th year baccalaureate nursing students who passed two courses: maternal – newborn nursing and midwifery practicum 1 and maternal – newborn nursing and midwifery 2; and currently taking newborn nursing and midwifery practicum 2. Data were collected during practice in learning resource center and delivery room in studied hospitals. Main findings: Of all students, 79.44% in first semester and 77.48% in second semester satisfy with methods of teaching, instructor’s capability and feedback at the highest level. All of them could pass clinical test in learning resource center and 99.63% passed in labour and delivery room. Conclusion and recommendations: Nursing students should be instructed process of delivery in learning resource center and be evaluated their performance before practice in real situation.
