งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อระบุและจัดลำดับความสำคัญของความต้องการจำเป็น
ด้านการจัดการศึกษาของหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิตตามการรับรู้ของบัณฑิตพยาบาล
รามาธิบดี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ บัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต โรงเรียน
พยาบาลรามาธิบดี คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ปี พ. ศ. 2559
จำนวน 160 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและแบบประเมินความ
ต้องการจำเป็นด้านการจัดการศึกษาของหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้
สถิติบรรยายและดัชนีการจัดลำดับความสำคัญ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความต้องการจำเป็นด้านการ
จัดการของหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิตที่ควรได้รับการพัฒนาเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ
1) การบริหารจัดการด้านการแจ้งข้อมูลข่าวสาร 2) การบริการ/สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกด้านสภาพ
หอพัก 3) การสนับสนุนทางวิชาการด้านการติดต่อ/ขอความช่วยเหลือด้านการเรียนจากบุคลากร
สนับสนุน 4) การวัดและการประเมินผลด้านการให้ข้อมูลป้อนกลับของอาจารย์กับปัจจัยสนับสนุน
การเรียนการสอนด้านจำนวนคอมพิวเตอร์ 5) วิธีการจัดการเรียนการสอนด้านภาระงานของ
รายวิชากับการพัฒนาส่วนบุคคลด้านทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ 6) เนื้อหาหลักสูตรด้าน
การจัดหมวด/รายวิชาให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของนักศึกษา และ 7) การสอนของอาจารย์
ด้านวิธีการสอนที่น่าสนใจ ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะให้ผู้บริหารหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตร
บัณฑิตเร่งจัดระบบการแจ้งข้อมูลข่าวสาร ปรับปรุงสภาพหอพักและระบบการติดต่อ/ขอความ
ช่วยเหลือจากบุคลากรสนับสนุน พัฒนาการให้ข้อมูลป้อนกลับของอาจารย์ จัดหาคอมพิวเตอร์ให้
เพียงพอ กำหนดภาระงานของรายวิชาให้เหมาะสม พัฒนาทักษะด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของ
นักศึกษา จัดหมวด/รายวิชาให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของนักศึกษา และส่งเสริมให้อาจารย์
ใช้วิธีการสอนที่น่าสนใจ
The purposes of this research were to identify and prioritize educational needs for a Bachelor of Nursing program as perceived by Ramathibodi nurse graduates. The sample was one hundred and sixty nurse graduates in the year 2016. Data were collected through the Personal Data and the Educational Needs Assessment Questionnaires. Descriptive statistics and the Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI modified) were used to analyze the study data. The results showed that the ranking of educational needs in a Bachelor of Nursing program from high to low were: 1) administration and management about sharing and updating information; 2) facility service and educational facility regarding dormitory environments; 3) academic support regarding communication and personal support of help seeking; 4) measurement and evaluation in regard to faculty feedback and factors supporting learning and teaching, especially for sufficiency of computers; 5) learning and teaching methods about workload of course subjects and personal development regarding students’ information technology competency; 6) course contents about management of course subjects relevant to students’ needs; and 7) faculty teaching, especially for interesting techniques in teaching. The findings in this study suggested that administrators involved with the Bachelor of Nursing program should promptly establish information system, improve dormitory environments and help seeking from supporting personnel system, encourage faculty feedback, support sufficient computers, assign appropriate workload of course subjects, develop students’ information technology competency, and promote interesting techniques in teaching.
