งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อ กระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมสำหรับเด็กออทิสติกในโรงเรียนเรียนร่วม ระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 24 โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร 28 คน และครูผู้สอน 209 คน ในโรงเรียนเรียนร่วม ตอบแบบสอบถาม 94.8 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และ chisquare Crosstab ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ความพร้อมของบุคลากรด้านเจตคติของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนที่มีต่อเด็กออทิสติกที่เรียนร่วมกับเด็กทั่วไปอยู่ที่ระดับปานกลาง ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจที่มีต่อลักษณะความสามารถในการเรียนร่วมของเด็กออทิสติก ด้านความพึงพอใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูอยู่ที่ระดับปานกลาง ความพร้อมของปัจจัยสนับสนุน ด้านอาคารสถานที่ ด้านหลักสูตรอยู่ที่ระดับปานกลาง ด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์อยู่ที่ระดับต่ำ และทักษะการปรับตัวทางสังคมของเด็กออทิสติกมีความสัมพันธ์กับความพร้อมโดยภาพรวมของครูผู้สอน
This quantitative study was aimed to study factors that affect the process of teaching to develop the social interaction for autistic students in 24 integrated elementary schools in Bangkok area. Studied samples included 28 school administrators and 209 teachers responded to the questionnaires. Data analysis was done by chi-square Crosstab and descriptive statistics. The results showed a moderate level of readiness in administrators and staff's attitude towards autistic students, understanding of autistic students' learning ability, and job satisfaction of staff in integrated schools. Moreover, the readiness of supporting factors, i.e., premises, and the curriculum was also moderate whereas supporting materials was on the low level. Additionally, the result found a relationship between autistic students' social interaction skill and teachers' overall readiness.
