Abstract
The objective of this research was to develop a prototype of a hospital referral system using a microservices architecture design since the most of the referral systems in Thailand use a paper referral method to transfer information between hospitals. There are the problems associated with this, given that working hours and data standards in each hospital tend to be different. In this research, it was expected that the prototype of the referral system will increase the efficiency and speed of the data transfer process, including the transfer of information that is sufficiently accurate for doctors to diagnose the problem. A prototype can also connect to external systems using web services. The results showed that the prototype in the hospital referral system is using the microservices architecture design which can work efficiently. The source and destination hospitals can transfer patients' information accurately, quickly, in real-time. Also, it was revelaed that there is a central location for collecting information about referrals. Patients can use web services to send information to external systems safely and also be improved to further develop and support connectivity with other external systems or stand as a subsystem of the smart health platform.
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาต้นแบบระบบการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยระหว่างโรงพยาบาลโดยใช้หลักการออกแบบระบบด้วย microservices เนื่องจากในปัจจุบันระบบการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยส่วน ใหญ่ของประเทศไทยใช้วิธีการส่งต่อผ่านแบบฟอร์มบนกระดาษเพื่อส่งต่อข้อมูลระหว่างโรงพยาบาล ทำให้พบปัญหาในเรื่องของเวลาการทำงานและมาตรฐานของข้อมูลในแต่ละ โรงพยาบาลที่แตกต่างกัน โดยงานวิจัยนี้คาดหวังให้ตัวต้นแบบระบบการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความเร็วในกระบวนการส่งต่อข้อมูล รวมถึงความถูกต้องของข้อมูลที่เพียงพอต่อการวินิจฉัยโรค และยังสามารถเชื่อมต่อการทำงานระหว่างระบบภายนอกด้วย web services ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ต้นแบบระบบการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยระหว่างโรงพยาบาลโดยใช้หลักการออกแบบระบบด้วย microservices architecture design สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิโรงพยาบาลต้นทางและปลายทางสามารถรับส่งข้อมูลผู้ป่วยได้อย่างถูกต้องรวดเร็วแบบ real-time มีส่วนกลางในการเก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการส่งต่อผู้ป่วย สามารถใช้งาน web services เพื่อส่งข้อมูลไปยังระบบภายนอกได้อย่างปลอดภัย นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถปรับปรุงและพัฒนาในอนาคต เพื่อรองรับการเชื่อมต่อกับระบบภายนอกอื่นๆหรือเป็นหนึ่งในระบบย่อยของ smart health platform ได้
