Abstract
การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง สมรรถนะของผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาฟุตบอลอาชีพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา สมรรถนะของผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาฟุตบอลอาชีพ โดยใช้เทคนิควิธีวิจัยแบบเดลฟาย (Delphi Technique) ซึ่งได้รวบรวมความคิดเห็นจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ที่มีทักษะ ความรู้ ความสามารถ และมีประสบการณ์ ด้านกีฬาฟุตบอลในประเทศไทย จำนวน 20 ท่าน ดำเนินการเก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามปลายเปิดในรอบที่ 1 นำมาจัดเป็นข้อย่อย และตัดข้อมูลที่ซ้ำซ้อนออก เพื่อสร้างเป็ นข้อคำถามในแบบสอบถามในรอบที่ 2 และ 3 ต่อไปการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การหาค่ามัธยฐาน (Median: MD) ค่าพิสัยระหว่าง ควอไทล์ (Interquartile Range: IR) และค่าสัมบูรณ์ความแตกต่างระหว่าง ค่ามัธยฐานกับค่าฐานนิยม (Md-Mo) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะของผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาฟุตบอลอาชีพ แบ่งได้ดังนี้ คือ มาตรฐาน ด้านความรู้ทางด้านที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเป็นผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาฟุตบอลอาชีพ รวมทั้งมาตรฐานด้านบทบาทหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบของผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาฟุตบอลอาชีพ ข้อเสนอแนะในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คือ สโมสรกีฬาฟุตบอลอาชีพ และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ควรนำผลการศึกษาวิจัยไปเป็นแนวทาง ในการกำหนดสมรรถนะของผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาฟุตบอลอาชีพ รวมทั้ง การจัดทำแผนในการพัฒนา ผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาฟุตบอลอาชีพให้มีทักษะ ความรู้ ความสามารถ และคุณลักษณะ ได้อย่าง เหมาะสม รวมทั้งควรมีการจัดระบบการคัดเลือกผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาฟุตบอลอาชีพ โดยนำเอาองค์ประกอบปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสมรรถนะของผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาฟุตบอลอาชีพหรือกฎเกณฑ์ที่มีความสอดคล้องกับผลการวิจัยไปคัดเลือกผู้ที่จะเข้ามาดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาฟุตบอลอาชีพ
This Thesis is a study about the competency of professional football coaches using the Delphi technique, where the data were collected from 20 highly experienced football experts in Thailand. Data collection was divided into three parts; each of which employed different types of research instruments. An open-ended questionnaire was used in the first part to obtain the information, The sub-questions were sorted and only the useful information was selected to develop a questionnaire for the second and third parts. Data analysis was also conducted to derive and present the following key values; Median (MD), Interquartile Range (IR) and (|Md-Mo|). The research findings point out that the competency of professional football coaches can be divided into two standards, which are the standard of knowledge related to being a professional football coach and that of duty and responsibility of a professional football coach. Recommendations, which can be drawn from this research are 1) professional football clubs and related parties could use the research findings as a guideline to establish the criteria for professional football coach's competency and develop plans for an appropriate improvement in skills, knowledge, capability and quality of professional football coaches, and 2)a proper recruitment system for professional football coaches should be established by employing all The factors related to their competency, or other criteria, relevant to the research findings to select and recruit professional football coaches.
