ผลของการใช้ EF Guideline ในการเขียนแผนการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ต่อ ทักษะการสอนของครูปฐมวัย : กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนอนุบาลในต่างจังหวัด

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ผลของ EF Guideline Program ต่อความรู้ ความเข้าใจของครู เรื่องทักษะการคิดเชิงบริหาร 2) ผลของ EF Guideline Program ต่อความสามารถในการเขียนแผนจัดประสบการณ์ การเรียนรู้ปฐมวัยของครู 3) ผลของ EF Guideline Program ต่อการรับรู้ความสามารถตนเองของครูในการเขียนแผนการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการคิดเชิงบริหารในเด็กปฐมวัยผู้เข้าร่วมการวิจัยได้แก่ครู ปฐมวัยของโรงเรียนในต่างจังหวัดที่สอนในระดับชั้นอนุบาล จำนวน 8 คน ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลผลคะแนนก่อนและหลัง (Pretest, Post-test) จากแบบทดสอบความรู้ ความเข้าใจของครูเรื่องทักษะการคิดเชิงบริหาร ความสามารถในการเขียนแผนการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้เด็กปฐมวัยของครู และการรับรู้ความสามารถตนเองของครูภายหลังการเข้า ร่วม EF Guideline Program โดยใช้สถิติทดสอบ Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test ซึ่งเป็นสถิตินอนพาราเมตริก (Nonparametric statistics) เพื่อทดสอบค่าพิสัยควอไทล์ ค่ามัธยฐาน และผลความต่างของคะแนน จากการศึกษา พบว่า ครูมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรู้ ความเข้าใจ เรื่องทักษะการคิดเชิงบริหาร คะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านความสามารถในการเขียนแผนการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ตามแนวทาง EF Guideline และคะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองในการเขียนแผนการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการคิดเชิงบริหารในเด็กปฐมวัยเพิ่มขึ้น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ p < .05 ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นว่า EF Guideline Program ส่งผลให้ครูมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ การรับรู้ประสิทธิ-ภาพของตนเอง รวมถึงทักษะในการเขียนแผนการจัดประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะการคิดเชิงบริหารในเด็กปฐมวัย ในส่วนท้ายของรายงานนี้จะนาเสนอการอภิปรายผลข้อจากัดผลกระทบและข้อเสนอแนะสาหรับการวิจัยต่อไปในอนาคตต

The objectives of this study were (1) to investigate the effects of the EF Guideline Program on the teachers' s knowledge and understanding of the EF skills, (2) to investigate the effects of the EF Guideline Program on the teachers' skills in planning the learning experience activities, and (3) to investigate the effects of the EF Guideline Program on the teachers' self - efficacy toward their own ability to plan learning experience activities for promoting the children's EF skills. The participants in this research were 8 kindergarten teachers teaching in 4 schools in the provinces. For the data analysis, the pre-test and post-test scores on teachers' knowledge and understanding of the EF skills, teachers' skills in planning the learning experience activities, and teachers' self efficacy were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, a non-parametric statistic to test the quartile range, median and the comparison of scores. The results of this study showed that the teachers' knowledge of the EF skills, the teachers' self efficacy and the teachers' skills in planning the learning experience activities after participating in the EF Guideline Program were significantly higher, compared to the pretest scores (respectively, p < .05). The results indicated that the EF Guideline Program significantly had positive impacts on the teachers' knowledge, skills, and self-efficacy related to children's EF skill promotion. The discussion, limitation, implications, and suggestions for future research are also presented
