dc.description.abstractThe authors regret that Table 2 in the published article is incomplete due to the unintentional omission of the DE20 treatment row. Table 2 should include data for all three maltodextrin DE levels (DE10, DE15, and DE20); however, the DE20 row was not included during the final production stage. The corrected full table, now including DE20, is provided below. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
