Abstract
Nakhon Ratchasima Municipality expects to be able to reform public transportation by constructing the Light Rail Transit (LRT). The aim of the research is to identify LRT station catchment areas to compute the detour index for station accessibility and to develop in connection with the transit-oriented development concept (TOD). ArcGIS software and detour index techniques are used to analyze spatial data. According to the findings, the areas surrounding Maharat hospital station had the highest detour index value of 0.76, in a walkable 324-meter distance. The design of the feeder system is influenced by the catchment area, which serves an important purpose. The study develops a model to forecast travelers' preferred modes of travel, which include feeder systems (minibuses) and personal cars. The questionnaires containing the stated preference question were distributed. Responses were collected from 425 respondents. The binary logit model was calibrated and validated, and then performance was evaluated using machine learning methodologies. Travel costs and income levels were found to be factors influencing travel mode choice; additionally, the detour index or efficiency accessibility was used to categorize data and improve forecasting accuracy.
เทศบาลนครนครราชสีมาวางแผนพัฒนาและปฏิรูปโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านระบบขนส่งสาธารณะด้วยการสร้างรถไฟฟ้ารางเบา (LRT) วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษา คือ การระบุพื้นที่บริการ (Catchment area) ของสถานี LRT เพื่อหาค่าที่สามารถแสดงประสิทธิภาพการเข้าถึงสถานีและเพื่อพัฒนาพื้นที่ร่วมกับแนวคิด Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) โดยใช้โปรแกรม ArcGIS และเทคนิค Detour index เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพื้นที่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พื้นที่โดยรอบสถานีโรงพยาบาลมหาราชมีค่า Detour index สูงสุด คือ 0.76 ซึ่งอยู่ในระยะเดินที่ยอมรับได้ 324 เมตร ผลลัพธ์การวิเคราะห์เชิงพื้นที่เพื่อระบุค่าการเข้าถึงสถานีนำไปสู่การจัดทำระบบขนส่งสาธารณะเพื่อการเชื่อมต่อการเดินทางสู่สถานีรถไฟฟ้า LRT (ระบบ Feeder) ซึ่งการศึกษาได้พัฒนาแบบจำลอง Binary Logit เพื่อคาดการณ์รูปแบบการเดินทางที่ผู้เดินทางพอใจสูงสุด โดยมีทางเลือก คือ ระบบ Feeder (รถสองแถว) และรถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล โดยใช้วิธีการให้ผู้เดินทางในเขตเทศบาลตอบแบบสอบถามในลักษณะสถานการณ์สมมติ และรวบรวมคำตอบจากผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจำนวน 425 คน จากนั้นนำข้อมูลมาพัฒนาแบบจำลอง Binary Logit และตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของแบบจำลองด้วยวิธีการ Machine Learning (ML) จากการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกโหมดการเดินทาง คือ ค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทาง และระดับรายได้ นอกจากนี้การใช้ Detour index หรือค่าความสามารถในการเข้าถึงสถานี สามารถนำมาใช้จัดกลุ่มเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการคาดการณ์ ให้มีความแม่นยำในการพยากรณ์ได้ในระดับที่เหมาะสม
