Faculty of Nursingบทความนี้เป็นรายงานการทบทวนวรรณกรรม มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรายงานผลการวิจัยที่เกี่ยวกับภาวะสุขภาพจิตและปัจจัยเกี่ยวข้องในแรงงานข้ามชาติในทวีปเอเชีย การทบทวนวรรณกรรมภาษาไทยและอังกฤษย้อนหลัง 10 ปี (พ.ศ. 2547-2557) ในฐานข้อมูลทางวิชาการ พบงานวิจัย 19 เรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาวะสุขภาพจิตในแรงงานข้ามชาติ จากผลการวิจัยทั้ง 19 เรื่อง พบว่าหนึ่งในสามของกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีปัญหาสุขภาพจิต และปัจจัยสําคัญที่ส่งผลต่อการเกิดปัญหาสุขภาพจิตในกลุ่มแรงงานข้ามชาติ คือ ความเครียดจากการย้ายถิ่นโดยเฉพาะปัญหาด้านเศรษฐกิจและสัมพันธภาพกับบุคคลรอบข้าง แต่อย่างไรก็ตามแรงสนับสนุนที่ดีจากสังคมเป็นปัจจัยป้องกันที่สําคัญต่อการเกิดปัญหาสุขภาพจิต ซึ่งแหล่งสนับสนุนทางสังคมที่สําคัญคือกลุ่มเพื่อนแรงงานข้ามชาติ และพบว่าความต้องการการสนับสนุนทางสังคมมีความแตกต่างกันในเพศหญิงและเพศชาย โดยเพศชายต้องการการสนับสนุนเชิงรูปธรรม ในขณะที่เพศหญิงต้องการการสนับสนุนด้านอารมณ์ รายงานการทบทวนวรรณกรรมนี้ได้ยืนยันถึงความชุกของปัญหาสุขภาพจิต และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อการเกิดปัญหาสุขภาพจิต เพื่อให้พยาบาลโดยเฉพาะพยาบาลจิตเวชได้ตระหนักถึงปัญหาสุขภาพจิตในกลุ่มแรงงานข้ามชาติและให้การพยาบาลโดยคํานึงถึงความแตกต่างทางด้านวัฒนธรรมร่วมด้วยPublication Open Access Factors Related to Quality of Life among Patients with Brain Tumors(2017) Nguyen Thi Nghe; วัลย์ลดา ฉันท์เรืองวณิชย์; Wallada Chanruangvanich; อรพรรณ โตสิงห์; Orapan Thosingha; มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล. คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์; มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล. คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์. ภาควิชาการพยาบาลศัลยศาสตร์Purpose: To study the relationships between body mass index (BMI), symptom distress, anxiety, and quality of life (QOL) among patients with brain tumors.
