In order to analyze how EF Guideline affects the teachers' knowledge, skills, and attitude, the methods for collecting the qualitative data were teacher interview and observation. The method for analyzing the qualitative data was content analysis. The results showed that after participating in the EF Guideline program, the teachers' post-test scores on on the knowledge of the EF skills and skills in writing the learning experience plan were higher than their pre-test scores (T = 2, T = 0, p < .05). The results from content analysis yielded two themes including the abilities to implement the learning experience plan and reflection on their own performance.
